Why a blackboard beats a whiteboard
Posted by Jaan on March 21st, 2008 | Add your comment
Blackboards (or ‘chalkboards’) bring out the creativity in us.
People are less apprehensive about writing on blackboards.
Blackboards bring back memories of childhood and endless possibilities.
They have a weirdly alluring smell when they are wet.
You can’t stick magnets and other junk on them.
A blackboard, or even a bucket of blackboard paint, and a box of chalk is cheap.
They look nice.
