Set lots of goals

To move your new venture forward you need to set lots of goals. In fact you probably already do.
But I bet they are pretty big; long term strategic ones, right? That’s fine as long as you also set small goals – everything from getting a coffee machine to fixing that annoying spelling error on your “about” page.
This mix keeps you involved in the day-to-day stuff, as well as working on the the big goals like launching, turning a profit, etcetera.
