LoveTweet! is live
Posted by Jaan on December 17th, 2008 | Add your comment
I love putting projects live. Today Andreas Carlsson and I took the wraps of “LoveTweet! A real-time feed with tweets of love“.
Officially launching tomorrow Dec 18, it’s a small project that I’ve had kicking around since the Twttr days back in 2006. It came back in to focus again in the run-up to the 2008 US presidential election when many tweets were about hope and positivity and love. And hey presto… LoveTweet! was born. The simple aim of the site is to show all the love flowing through Twitter every minute of every day. The beautiful design and brilliant code wranglery is all thanks to Andreas.
Any and all thoughts appreciated, either below or via Twitter.
Big thanks to our Noded network, especially Fredrik Carlén and Sami Sinervä for all your help. You’re stars.
Update: LoveTweet! has been featured on Web Creme, KillerStartups and Feedmyapp, and in lots of tweets! Thank you to everyone for spreading the love!
